I was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. I moved to the United States at the age of 20 to pursue a college education. I was named Nelson, after the late great Nelson Mandela. Sanya is my actual Kenyan name and Masinde is my family name.
I am a husband and a father. I am also a child of God, which allows me to participate in His mission on earth, as it is in Heaven. These, I believe, are the most important things about me.

I hope you will enjoy joining me on this journey as I drop the crumbs that make up the full story. Who are we? Why are we here? Where are we headed?
For we walk by faith and not by sight
