Blogging for a Change!

I’ve always enjoyed reading, writing and speaking….Not in that order!

Each has its own merit. Speaking gives me the most immediate rush, reading helps me stop to ponder and be astounded by what possibilities there are in life. Writing is my therapy. When there’s nothing I can read to calm the rush of thoughts and the myriad of ideas running through my head, I write and when I write, I think, when I think, I get clear. When I get clear I can then pick through my written thoughts and take action on what seems to be the most important and viable thought.

For years I wrote in these old books. I have a stack high enough to make for a good bonfire. When I caught up to technology, I started to write in my iPad and soon that became a rarity as well. I soon discovered blogs and while I’m always all about technology and I love the next best tool out there, I understood this was a huge step. If I went down this road, everything I wrote would now be open to the world’s view, no longer private.

Blogging is a unique outlet and a great source of satisfaction for all those like me who have random and sometimes profound thoughts constantly running through their heads.

…Write and share, let the world know you are here and you have something to say. Let the world take a peek into your thoughts and let them dissect, test them and sometimes shred them apart.

“A well-tested idea is a bonafide idea. An idea hidden in the recesses of our minds is mythical at best for it has not found its life through the critiques and fires of testing that reveal its true worth.” – Me

I have decided to blog and let the world into my thoughts. No longer able to contain what dwells within for I have but one life and I want to live it well, to the glory of God. I’m blogging for a change, a change I desperately want to see happen on earth so as to be a reflection of heaven! Stay tuned as I unravel what’s in these old books…

I have a passion for all things Christ. I am in the world and not of the world and so I engage in political and social discussions as they cross my path. Can we resolve the pressing issues of society using the word of God and His power? I think yes!
